ok Im running 600 test E, 25 mg prov, 12.5 asin, and 100mcg of ipamorelin and 100mcg mod grf 1 29 twice a day PWO and pre bed. How should i incorporate the peg mgf best? Id appreciate if any vets chime in :)

There is no real consensus on how to run it...I'd use 200-300mcg 3 x per week..maybe an hour to a half an hour pre workout...a lot like people are using it like igf-1 lr3...since it's going to attach to an igf receptor anyways a ther is no such thing as an mgf receptor...if ur feeling squirrelly I hve seen sine report fantastic gains using peg mgf pre, mgf post and igf-1 lr3 4-5 hours pwo...

I'm adding MGF in as well. I'm currently taking what you are in peptides along with IGF. From what I have researched I will be switching my IGF to 20 minutes pre w/o and adding the MGF in post workout. I have not tried this as of yet so take it for what its worth.

Peg MGF

Given that you are using Peg MGF and not MGF (non-Pegylated) the timing is not as critical. Peg MGF is systimic in its activity and the Peg extends the half life giving you the option to pin only 2-3 times a week. I have seen it recommended at 400-500 on off days when used in conjuction with IGFr3 and MGF(non-Pegylated) on workout days. The theory behind this approach since there is not per say any site specific benefits it will indeed assist with overall recovery. Some hypertrophy can be speculated based on the Peg MGF will increase circulating MGF post workout, but it will be marginal. This is what I have uncovered in my research of this peptide and how I would use it.
