Hi guys
Just want to see if this is right. In a sequence for example PEGMGF we have 24 amino acid which is called a peptide sequence. The N-terminus is PEG and the C-terminus is the NH2. Each amino acid is in a natural isomeric form, ie Try-Gin-Pro.... because thats its natural form so the L- does not have to be displayed. However when we get to the 14th and 15th Arg because it is not its natural form a (d)/D- is displayed ie. D-Arg or (d)Arg. Now I seen that some sites they show the sequence for their product for PEGMGF that they do not have a (d),D-Arg on the 14th and 15th amino acid but some site do have it. Does it matter what sort of PEG MGF you buy as some have the (d)Arg and others dont. Can someone explain this. Are they both the same or is one better that the other.
THANKS
