hi guy can you tell me what you think of this cycle it will be my last before i start my per comp diet


weeks 1-12 1000mg sust
weeks 1-10 600 deca or tren e
weeks 1-10 30mg dbol
weeks 1-10 75mg drol
weeks1-10 20mg winny
weeks 1-4 8-12 slin 2ius per workout 8 pwo

orals run like ap says
after this pct then 4 weeks off the per contest starts

WHOA!! 3 orals for 10 weeks? on a off-season mass cycle? Unecessary. Even pre-contest that is pushing it big time with orals. 1000 mgs of sust and 600 mgs of tren a week seems like a basic, simple cant go wrong mass builder. Dont over-complicate.

I am by no means an expert but I suspect this is what Phil hernon meant :D
 
Don't run the orals longer than first 4 weeks of your cycle and cut the AD out IMO [ I actually think orals aren't very helpful and a waste time/ money IMO] I would also your dosages in half as was already mentioned .......I think gh is also a waste of time in the off season [ if that your currant pic ....then you aren't ready for it .....and you are fairly lean already .....save your money .......use for your show ] ...........If you want size ......train heavy , with great form , rest alot , and eat a clean well put together diet .......If you are consistant with your efforts .....size will come .........take it slow .....no need to risk your health and waste your money ......drugs are only a very small part of the equation ......
 
Hey bro,

I agree with everyone on the board here...Cut the doses down, and drop the orals or run them for about 4-5 weeks tops...If it was me and I have been competing for over 12 years and get up to 270-275 in the offseason...I would do something like this...

weeks 1-10 500-750 mg test (cyp or sust, ect)
weeks 1-10 300-400 mg deca or eq
weeks 1-5 30 mg d-bol or 50mg A-50
weeeks 1-10 1/2 mg A-dex EOD (or 3x week)

If your pretty lean already you can use slin (im not a huge fan of it myself, although it dose work well) ...

This is just my recommendation...It's up to you, but I think your health comes first...Plus, unless your doing nats or something bigger...Than I wouldnt do much more than what I have down..Good luck with your show !!!

thanks for you help guys i may drop the test back to 750 and deca to 500 now on to the orals im trying this ways after reading ap's article dbol v drol http://www.professionalmuscle.com/forums/showthread.php?t=18612

im at 225 and 7 % at the mo my chest and arms lag big time my legs tape out at 29 - 30 inchs 21 inchs cavles arms 16 1/2 so you see my prob 1st 6 weeks training will be power based lots of heavy deads squats bench rows cleans and ohp the 2nd 6 weeks work hard on arms and chest
 
21 calves and 16.5 inch arms ? Is that right ?

If that is true, focus on arms, arms and more arms...

Got any pics...Legs must be huge...!!!

sorry no pics of legs at mo ill try get some done mate my legs are v big i put it down to the fact i was very fat till i was 17 almost 300lb thats were the calves come for and i love to deadlift and squat and leg press heavy i would say in a normal week i would be doing something like 40 sets of deads and squat just love them reps go from 1 all the way up to 30 on squats and leg press can go up to 50 60 what ever number it takes to kill them lol dont really like training arms much thats why they lag but im adressing that now
