Pesty returns to competition after 18 years- 4weeks out

Pesty4077(Greg) at the whopping age of 49 Years old, will be competing at the 2009 Tournament of Champions here in Los Angeles California in 4 weeks.

The T.O.C is a national qualifying show and will be covered by MD.

Greg is now 4 weeks out from his contest. We spent the day practicing his posing and game plan for the home stretch..

Pesty4077 returned to bodybuilding about a year ago after a break from training.. at 6'1.5 tall and just over 215lbs, 49 years old can present a challenge for some.. but not us!

Hard work, planing and determination to bring the best we can brought us together on this project.... I am really happy with what has turned out..

The best is yet to come!

Thanks dude..my house is really cool.. I live about 15 min from downtown LA.. but im in a quiet residential neighborhood. Actually lots of people around here have horses.. .. Im in the process of turning this studio/rec room, at the back of our property into a gym, posing and photo studio..

Thanks man and you remind me of a movie star... i was born in Hollywood Ca..

but anyways..i dont mean to talk for greg like im his agent but let me say.. that he has worked very hard at this!

We met up about a year ago and started getting this plan going and its coming together nice.. Worked today on posing and diet for last 4 weeks..

The biggest challenge for him is being taller than most in his class.. on a side note, im very short as you can see ....

Thanks for the comment about the house.. We felll in love with this one. It was built in 03 and is spacious, including a nice yard and kitchen..

Im a home body. I like going to the shows, work, train and shopping with my kids,... thats about it.. We took these pics right when we bought the place..

He goes beyond the typical trainer and is passionate about this sport. It is nice to go to shows and his house and hang out. By the way, that baby boy is precious, he has beautiful kids! And don't be modest about your house, it is beautiful! I plan to work with Alex in the off season and put on some size that I need. Once again, thanks Alex!

It has been great working on this man. But you have made it pretty easy for me because you work hard, stick to your diet and don't second guess anything.

When we first met up a year ago, .. .i really didnt expect to be right here man.. now seeing you about to step on stage after 18 years and inspired to the point were your a real bodybulder .. putting on lean muscle, eating clean, lifting hard, following the sport and getting on stage yourself.

but here we are, and its really cool seeing you come out to all the shows to support the members that compete.

You have given the members a lot of support and they are here to support you too.. We will have more pics up as the show nears... and less pics of my house and kids!.. .
