Hey guys...

thanks for the nice comments. I'm just trying to do my thing and stay focused. I have really been blessed beyond my expectations of late. From the USA's to my marriage and all of it in between. I still have so much work ahead, time will tell where all this leads... but for now I am grateful and enjoying the journey. I may not be this or that... all I can do is stay the course! And again thanks for the support here. This board has a lot of knowledge and I have been fortunate to have met and become friends with many on here.

I hope I am getting better yearly, so we'll see what I bring come 16 weeks from now to the USA's. I am currently 230 lbs. Other than a few bangs and bruises this off-season it has been productive. I feel that this is the best condition I have held at the weight. Hopefully, all the hard work will pay off in time. No matter what I place down the line, I'm thankful and ever minded of where I started from the first time I entered a show!

Lesson learned! Yeah, I had some people tell me about Strouds.
