PGCL and HGH/IGF

Can anyone tell me if PGCL would interfere or negate the benefits of HGH/IGF if used at the same time?

My lab rat gets bad congestion when taking HGH/IGF but it seems to go away as soon as I give it PGCL, but I have not done both together.
