I'm sure Heath could get rid of his gut if he wanted to.. But he may fear that he will lose his signature muscle roundness and fullness if he takes the necessary measures
His roundness and fullness are what make him special
He doesn't have the best skeletal structure (clavicle width), so maybe he figures he can't risk sacrificing fullness lest he be lost in the lineup
Very true. Some of the stuff in there is more long term but if he done a crash diet (not recommending he does that) for 2 weeks or even a long fast his stomach would look completely different. The amount of carbs these guys eat to ensure they are as full as possible is reason enough for their guts to stick out. Obviously there are many others factors too but diet is one of the main things. Dropping hgh would likely take it down a little too. I don't mean the whole hgh gut theory at all simply just the water retention many seem to hold in the ab region when using higher doses of hgh. Everyone is different but his gut could definitely be shrunk if he was willing to lose fullness all over in the process.
