Love these food posts. But it also has me thinking. How blessed we are in modern society to have all these food choices available to us in demand. I was watching a you tube video on breakfast in old Europe.yes I know, my dishes are visually disgusting.
but I don't eat with my eyes, I do it with my mouth.
and I don't do it so much for the flavor (although I have to admit that it is an excellent added value) but I do it above all for what the food gives me.
food is my fuel, and my plates have everything I need.
