This is from Around 11 years ago before I tried aas. Only done 1 light cycle 6 years ago and probably will stay clean at this point being 52. I'm having a hard time getting motivated again and I know your feedback will help and inspire me, Thanks.

So that pic is of you at 41 and natural? You look bloody good for that!

At 52 now, you might want to look into HRT.It will greatly improve your life.

I have been considering HRT, I seem to have a few of the symptoms of low T such as mild depression, low libido, and a bit more lower ab fat. However my last test level was 397 and my doc said I was well within normal. I suspect my estro may be creeping up and no doubt need to find a more understanding doc.

I think you should find that doc and get after it!

You do look good in that picture. I'd be interested in a progression...a series of pictures!
