It was a good seminary, 5 hours of knowledge without restrictions, he was very nice, open mind.
I know Gustavo since 1992 and in the last 2 years he changes his mind and knowlege A LOT.

Yes, and he moves to Milos Gym 20 days before the shows to get in top condition under hes supervision

I heard that Milos is training him, man it sure looks like his waist is growing, I hope he does not ruin his physique that used to be massive yet symmetrical and flow nicely.....that waist gets any bigger he will lose that.
