Pinched Nerve!!!

My should rotator cuff hurts like hell! I have my fiancee pop my back and the pain goes away. is there anything i can go to correct this pain....i can't workout!!!!!!!! help....

I dont know what popping your back does for a pinched nerve but I know that my gf just had that same pain and they said its tendonitis. had mri's the whole deal.

anyone have any type of meds that may help me....or some type of stretching.

going to the doctor is bullshit...they will charge $200 bucks to give me some pain killers...i hate taking that shit.

i have not slept for 3 days now and i am unable to workout.

screw chiropractors! I feelin a little better....pain killer, muscle relaxants and stretching...maybe in a few weeks i will be back in the gym...

i guess I was wishing for a miracle cure....

believe it or not doctors can't do much for a pinched nerve, or hurt back other than prescribe pain killers.


i will start a nice cycle and see if this helps me recover quickly
