Isn't the main goal when doin GH, is to get the absolute most out of that expensive shit.? Mine comes with instructions that say however you take it, just take it before bed ed.(not in those words) I'm not too sure how it matters because the body doesn't have set times when it releases it's own GH, besides at night, just as long as it's administered.
Right now, my goal is to heal rotator cuff surgery, retain as much muscle as possible and stay lean. I'm also running 125mg test weekly. I won't be doing any upper body workouts for a while. I read somewhere a long time ago that the body produces it's own GH at night during sleep, and the best time to do GH was first thing in the morning.
Most people i know pin first thing in morning but on legitimate pharm grade they always pin at night so im a bit confused but for now hitting it first thing in morning on empty stomache. Anyone else chime in?
