Go easy guys i had gastrointeristis during the dieting phase and also went clean for that shoot. I did the best i could given the circumstances.
Still made Mr August 2008 male model calendar so i am happy with that!

Your kind of caught in between fitness model and model, but your too big to be a model and your physique isnt what they really want for fitness modeling, cant really see the mug but im guessing from what i can see you dont have the runway type mug or model features, I like the black and whites but your mid section is wide and nowhere near lean enuff, if your going to diet and do a shoot you may as well get down to the correct bf %, dont get me wrong your looking good for a calendar shoot tho.

Yes thats what Im saying, he needs to be leaner im guessing hes around 200lbs, you say 180? maybe for some mags but muscle mag, flex, planet mus really dont want that wt, they want 200 up ripped, i had a friend who i referred to top photographer for muscle mag and they thought he was too small at a body wt of 190 lol so it just depends on the mag.

When i did my shoots i was above 215.

Im not sure on this guys weight. I'd say around 210ish maybe depending on height. But yah for the mag's you referred to, most fitness models could easily be competive bodybuilders. I just meant most the gay mags and stuff like mens health have guys who are only like 160lbs. Even mags like muscle and fitness have guys who are much smaller and in worse shape than this bro. I guess it depends on how far you want to go with it and what type of fitness model you are trying to be.

This was a shoot arranged and one of the pics was orientated for the european male model calendar 2008.

I remember seeing some of your pics Vander. Youre in good nick mate.
Not sure on the huge bloated one i seen recently but i know that it is to gain size, it is a must.

I was 210lbs for that shoot. I was completely clean and also did it off the back of gastrointeritis which is why i halted everything. My diet was only 70% clean. I was ill chaps but thought fcuk it and have a go, what the hell lets see what i can do with only 60% of my capabilities?!
That was the result.

I used to do fashion/couture a while back in my teens and early twenties. Having just turned 28 its more glamour based now because of size etc. I prefer it anyways.

34" normally and 19" arms normally.
When dieted down obviously all measurements shrink...can you not see my pants falling down...lol

Probably 31" there..lol
