I'm a HUGE Steelers fan so I have him on my FB and he posts his training all the time.... he's friggin strong as an ox.. unfortunately he's a bit older and slower.... really enjoy his videos though.

For a while there he was a real force to be reckoned with...back in his helmet-to-helmet days lol So many penalties/fines...quite a few years ago I remember seeing him listed around 230lbs and all of the images of him showed him so damn LEAN...going up against some of those 300lb slightly-obese linemen and bowling them over. Search for some youtube compilations of his...half the time he doesn't just tackle other people, he lifts them off the damn ground (seen him do it with 1 arm a few times) and SLAMS them lol. Definitely a hulk-player if there ever was one.
