James Hollingshead

James is a beast. One of my favourites. I wouldn’t say he has added alot of size compared to his last 2 previous off-seasons though
 
do these guys do high insulin with igf? Wouldn't they go hypo by doing so? Plus what do you guys think about milos and his 2 workouts a day coupled with 20iu slin pre and post twice a day?
I never understood the protocol because training twice a day intensely would cause over-training and burnout in a very short period of time. That coupled with insulin twice a day would decrease insulin sensitivity which would be very bad when it comes to growth.

I think we have all taken “overtraining” to such a hyperbolic point. Guys in the 90s would spend 3 hours straight in the gym lifting like it was nothing. Everyone is different, but if you’re in a significant surplus on GH and Slin with elite genetics getting proper sleep - I’m sure two sessions a day is fine. Doesn’t seem to hurt Regan - his issue is conditioning - not lifting twice a day…

These guys live the ideal scenario for this. Train, rest, eat, train, rest, eat etc.

This is their job. If I could, I’d definitely be training 2x a day personally.

first of all, James does not train with the Milos plan, but with his own regimen - secondly, people do not understand that years of pushing high doses of gear mean that you are not susceptible to side effects and, for example, a 2g test is something for you that makes you feel like you are on TRT

i wasn't talking about james style of training, i was asking about the milos 2 a days with 20iu pre and post each training session. I do agree that the body gets used to high doses of anabolics over a long period of time, same thing goes for almost all drugs.

but with Milos you don't train twice a day all the time, only in short periods, e.g. 3 weeks before the competition
