Excellent pic..congrats on getting in there. and atleast you are lifting some heavy duty weights, not like alot of time when you see these bb'ers grunting and stuff and all they are lifting is 20lb dumbells..lol good job and keep up the great work

Yea i was lifting heavy weight and holding the weight in certain positions for different pictures it was a workout in itself , infact the Italian Pro BB i was on the set with couldnt and didnt want to lift the ehavy stuff so the photographer asked me if i could i said no problem althougth i was dying holding the weight in certain positions for 30 seconds or more .

in this pic i had to upright 3 25s plates and hold at top .
