Yeah started taking it last weekend,I like it so far it helps me keep my pump for 6-7 hrs the cost is alittle steep but since other things around my area have dried up and its not worth going to the pokie, plasma-jet works but on the other hand super-pump250 worked for me but only for 2 weeks or so before i was running to the bathroom w/ the runs so this week will be the test

I took a look at the ingredients they look good. Main ingredients are arginine of course, peak atp, glycerol and some others. Looks good but too expensive. Dosing is high (One blister pack) 10 pills, only reason i could see them using pills is the glycerol content. I would recommend plasmavol made by nxlabs with a heavy dose of arginine or just taking gycerol arginine and creatine. I would have to give it a no-go as the price is just too much for a nitric oxide/blood plasma expander.

Wow, is all I got to say after the last post from AM I got up to see if he had a mis-print about 1 blister pack and to say the least he was right shit i've been taking 1 cap on training days not 10 , well thats what i get for reading the directions all the way, So Thanks AM for your post I guess I'll try to follow the directions better!!!!! its kinda funny i was still holding my pumps for hours with only one cap!!!!!
