I jsut remembered the band is Chevelle...Love em...fast AFI for any cardio but some Social D for most everything...They are the all time favorite over all...

I will check those out. I like social distortion, but I don't think I've heard chevelle. I've got a little rage against the machine in this thing too. When I need to bring my heart rate down I throw in a little sublime. haha

My Selections are a little Different but to each their own...

I am a big fan of Rock music but I like to listen to Trance, Progressive, or Hard Trance while I am training....It helps me to stay focused better and stay in the zone....Everybody's different I guess.......Here is what I have been listening too as of Late:
