lol i meant tilapia... i can never spell that for some reason... you should see how many times ive sent the specials at work out with it missplled.

take tilapia and cook up in skillet with olive oil

in a seperate pan take

teriaki glaze
pineapple chunks
red pepper
red onion
some jalapeno

sear up all the veggies then put the teriaki in the pan followed by the pineapple

put tilapia on plate top with teriaki mixture
