The protocol i use is this:
Breakfast:-5 whole eggs, 6 oz Ground beef, 1 cup brocolli, 1 Tablespoon of Coconut oil
I train at 11:00am
Post workout: I drink 2 Gatorade(70G carbs) + 1 scoop whey isolate(24g Carbs).
The gatorade is made of Dextrose.Is 70G Carbs Enough?
Should i do 2 Scoop whey protein isolate too?
2 gatorade(70G Carbs),48G Protein isolate?
