if you get tired of shakes, try cookies...
1 cup oats
1/4 cup unsweet apple sauce (may need a bit more...eyeball it, you dont want the batter TOO thick)
1 1/4 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp unsweet cocoa
40g whey powder
2 egg whites
plenty of stevia packets (I usually do 1 packet per cookie), or honey/agave nectar if desired
Sometimes I also throw in dark chocolate chunks.
mix all together and seperate into 6 cookies. Bake for 12 minutes @ 350 degrees.
Just about 560 calories in all 6 using stevia.
