My girl just made some dessert and I was actually surprised on how good it turned out. Peel and freeze some banana's in a baggie, thaw them out slightly, put them in a food processor with almond butter and some cut up dates until smooth. Then just pour it in a bowl, it's almost like a pudding/ice cream. You can also add some Splenda or something if you're feeling it!Come on folks, help me out here. Thats a new one. I'm not real big on cottage cheese but this interest meLooking for something sweet? I like to take cottage cheese and put it in a food processor with a little cocoa powder and a touch of honey or stevia. Comes out with a pudding consistency and taste a little like chocolate cheesecake. Also here's a link to recipe my wife uses for a peanut butter casein brownie. It's actually really good and fast to make.
