Pre contest Anti-E Question

I am 5 weeks out and using 1.25mg letrozole e4d. Should I increase it to E2d or ED. Also, how important is it for me to add Nolvadex, and if I do, can I just use it one or two weeks before the show? What dose for Nolva 20mg? 40?

I don't understand why you feel the need to begin Nolva?!?

What about adding Proviron to help hardern up?

I don't know that you need to increase letrozole. I take EOD when cycling anyways - real prone to e-related gyno. Because it can f*ck up your lipid profile, I would only take what you need to of it.

How about adding some halos or masteron?!?!?

what else r u on, and how effective is it working now? but for the sake of a contest, better not leave any water to chance and go with everyday administration startin two weeks out, no need for nolva right now IMO

The Nolva was advice from another competitor, but it did not sound right, that's why I posted the question. The reason I feel like I need to increase is that I am still holding water, but two weeks out should be a better indicator.(thanks Magoo). I am on Test E 600mg a week- stopping 4 weeks out
Winny tabs 50mg a day up until last week
Tren 100mg a day until last week
Anadrol 50mg a day 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off stopping one week out.
Clen 125mcg
T3 125mcg
ECA 2 doses daily
Letrozole 1.25 e4d

what week r u at now and how is ur progress, if anything, u could do a sample run of every day administration and see how u look from that, also...

why cut the winny and tren out at all, u wont hold any water from them In my experience

well a usual femara dose is 2.5 mg which is roughly equal to 1 mg arimidex, so ur basically doing about 1/4 of a solid every day protocol
