Tenny, are you the type that "grows into a show" or do you just focus on maintaining the gains you've made in the offseason? Also, I remember you saying you take a day off every 2-3 days, do you keep doing that up until the show as well or take breaks less often?
well......if i OVER diet.... i lose size
and being 5'11 its a disaster
so i try NOT to change too much
i just try to get in the best condition possible
WITHOUT losing muscle....ive been both ways
being the best conditioned and looking flat and stringy
and being big and full but smooth and bloated
judges want a mix of BOTH.....without the stringy and smooth..haha
like i said before.....closer to the show
its hard to NOT go in.....so yea, i might go 4 or 5 days
before a take a rest day
i would say ....i definitly take breaks less often
