Do most use more "super supplements" precontest or offseason? This is just something I have been wondering about... This is just something I have been thinking about so I thought I would just get some opinions here. I was thinking that really all you are doing precontest is trying to maintain muscle so less would be best and offseason you are trying to build more muscle so you would use a higher dose correct?
