You're a great interviewer. It's funny because whenever I have a question, you often raise your hand and ask the exact same thing, lol.
Enjoying the content and I've been subscribed for a while now. Keep grinding out that awesome content!

Good interview, enjoyable with lots of good content. You ask a lot of good questions as mentioned above.
 
Up until now I think the best one was Chris Tuttle, but this one is even better. He's definitely got some more unique ideas, especially with regard to including pull-back phases on calories/androgens way more frequently than most would suggest. The lower GH and higher insulin use is also pretty novel, but that's how Milos has been doing it for years. He alluded to some very "controversial" thoughts on cardio for offseason and prep. Looking forward to watching part two. Thanks, Dawid!

Yea, he’s highly knowledgeable. I’m not agreeing with everything as usual but nonetheless he’s a very smart guy who manages to building he’s body he’s way to the craziest size so that’s speaks for itself I guess :D
 
It was interesting the approach to offseason diet, like 6 week bulk followed by 4 week cut doesn't seem that bad at all.
I think that also Nick Trigili spoke about a similar approach when he was bulking...

Another thing that he talks about is the deload, none mentions it.... if you train high intensity, you should deload, or you are not training intense enough.

Very interesting approach overall!
