Yea, he’s highly knowledgeable. I’m not agreeing with everything as usual but nonetheless he’s a very smart guy who manages to building he’s body he’s way to the craziest size so that’s speaks for itself I guessUp until now I think the best one was Chris Tuttle, but this one is even better. He's definitely got some more unique ideas, especially with regard to including pull-back phases on calories/androgens way more frequently than most would suggest. The lower GH and higher insulin use is also pretty novel, but that's how Milos has been doing it for years. He alluded to some very "controversial" thoughts on cardio for offseason and prep.
