This is a simple question, but I was curious as to what the prefered training schedule is among bbers while bulking. I'm currently using a Mon,Wed,Fri training split. Would most of you recommend this or would you use a four day a week split (Mon,Tue, Thurs,Fri). Any input would be greatly appreciated.
