Pregnenolone

I recently started taking a product that has pregnenolone in it. I'll be getting around 50-75mg daily of pregnenolone. Now, I heard this and dhea go hand in hand. I already take 100mg of dhea for a dhea deficiency, so do I need to lower that since im using pregnenolone or are they 2 totally different things. Thanks

i thought pregnelone converted to dhea...could be wrong, not sure though

Well, it is supposed to enhance brain function, increase energy and some say libido increases are not uncommon. It MAY increase the effectiveness of dhea but not proven, so taking additional dhea certainly cannot hurt.
