Volume, volume, volume, lots of sets, lots of reps. It's going to be hard, but I'm going to try to hold it together for 5 more weeks. I weighed in at 270, so I'm thinking maybe I will be 3 or 4 lbs heavier with the bounce back, I'm not sure. Has your weight gone up much?

I think maybe a tad bit harder. I wanted to be even leaner, but my glutes just never peeled. Good luck at the Classic. I think you will do well.

Ya I upped vol quite a bit after my last show...glad I'm doing something right...ya my appetite was crazy week after show...and still really bad wk2-3..it's still up there..but u might want to add more fats in your diet to keep u fuller longer..that's what I did...I think heaviest I went over was 17pds...now only 12pds over but fuller and condition is close...u being so big...I can see u jumping 20+ .. then stabilizing to prob 15 pds over..but close to contest condition
