Prescription/ Pharma Omega 3?

Just saw something like this is available! Is there something I’m missing? Are there any cons to this?
Looking at getting Omacor 1000mg Omega 3, price is great, EPA DHA high per capsule etc just want to make sure I’m not missing anything here.

Vascepa Is pure EPA, but spendy. Saw some on Amazon. Definitely lowered my triglycerides over 60points. It upset my stomach at first. EPA/DHA has positive benefits for a lot of guys.

Amazon offers prescription medications - with a prescription of course - in the US. Not sure about other countries.

What do you all make of Biotest’s claim that men require more DHA than EPA (which is not borne out in the overwhelming majority of OTC or prescription fish oil capsules)? If they’re right, what does this suggest about the efficacy of something like Vascepa (which is 100% EPA)?

Lovaza has both I believe (I only had free samples. You know, I read so much on EFA’s and fish vs plant based and I just try to stay on top of getting a decent amount of variety. Of course getting from whole food is the way to go but with all the mercury talk I get Leary taking a cheap bottle. I definitely want the chole/heart/ brain benefits. The Vascepa only helped my triglycerides. I need to raise my HDL and that seems to be my toughest roadblock. Being on TRT/Gh and use of proviron definitely makes it tough but my bp/hr is good and my cholesterol is not high just ratios are not ideal. Started Qunol and Citrus Bergamot for past months so hopefully it helps(expensive amount of preventative supps I take)*

Btw- if anyone has had positive luck using any of these sarms that claim improvement, fill me in. Only trialed Cardarine for 30 days so, didn’t help much but, it may have just been the short use.
