buddy James. He is a really cool guy. I posted some pics of him and I sometime back at the Arnold this past year. He looks great in the video!

Right now he is in Wales trying to get some issues worked out with his visa. He should be back prior to the USA's! He is currently preparing for Mr Wales, which is an IFBB Pro Qualifier and then he is is going to do Mr Britain a few weeks later.

He is also coming to Knoxville, TN to guest pose at the NPC GreaterKnoxClass this Aug. 12.

Flex's calves are TREMENDOUS, and his symmetry is really great. 22 years old. Jesus. Looks incredible.

Seen him guest pose in Dublin last year when he was 21

, great future. He is in last months British Flex mag training with Dorian Yates at his Temple street gym. So with Milos and Dorian on his team he will be one to watch.
