Just wanted to post my last couple of training sessions. I"m new to powerlifting. I started the week before Christmas and things have been going great. This past week on Bench I did 1X1X550/ 1X1X575/1X1X600
Then on deadlift day I went 3X3X585 which I was pretty stoked about because the first deadlift I ever did was The week beofre Christmas. Finally my Squat day I did 1X3X650. Hopefully over the next year I can make some huge improvements and actually start competing. Anyway, just wanted to post this past weeks progress since all 3 days of the lifts went so well.
