Today was not the normal day to pull during my rotation, but I was in a pulling mood...
1. Dl's Standing on a 3" Box: 45x3x5, 135x2x3, 225x3, 275x3 Put on belt, 325x1, 350x1, 375XMissx2-Missed them both at the knee. My 4" box DL PR is 305, but I worked with running shoes today with a 1.5" heel so I think I hit a pretty big PR-45lbs worth of PR. They were all pulled with an overhand grip too.
2. Cambered SQ Bar GM's: 225x5x5
3. Glute Ham Raise: 4x12
4. Hypers: Light Bandx4x10
5. Hanging Leg Raise: 5x8
