I used jack3d for a while (although I did tend to lose quite a bit of water with that) and now I'm on 1MR. I may have to pick up some old school jack3d before it's ALL gone.

Just get some 1,3 dimethylamine. That's the main thing in it and the reason people like it so much.

I am about 1 scoop away from finishing my tub of jack3d. I understand there is a "advanced" formula on the shelf now. Not sure if I want to mess with something thats "new". Cause the older formula works fine for me. But we shall see. Also, the new tub is smaller and less servings in it. Could it be it more potent? Anyone know?

I wouldn't try it. To tell you the truth I have studied and kept up with supplements a lot and I am not, and never have been, impressed with their "labs". They are so many better pre-workouts out there. Don't waste your money on them and that is my honest personal opinion.

I use amino energy by optimum. Good stuff. Tastes great mixes easy. Out a scoop of creatine in there and good to go

I'll look it up when I get home behind a computer but they are on Amazon, eBay, and still some products have it in them and they are on supplement store sites.

Citrulline malate seems very good too me. I always train much better with some good old fashioned salt on my pre workout meal too. I also use beta alanine and creatine but just take creatine post workout when my pre workout slin peaking

I've had a go of grenade .50 cal, jack3d, 1MR and NOxplode so far, think I tend to build up a tolerance quick though because I got no kick after the 1st use other than 1MR that took about 3/4. I have been recommended Hemo rage next heard good things about it.

Viagra, and going to the gym??? Im gonna have to pass on that one. "Let's paint an unwelcome picture" ok.. Im on the flat bench and viagra kicks in, I can promise you one thing... You will no longer have a spot while trying to press heavy...:banghead:

I do not get any type of crash. I get enough energy to get sick pumps in the gym. Im able to increase my HGH levels due to the arginine in this formulation. I do not suggest taking Viagra at the gym, but to each their own....

its not any single choice.
IMO some that work for me is bpi line. blox and pump hd.
we have all tried many options, but carbs loading works the best for me. pre/pwo with blox again.

why

why waste your money on preworkout. instant coffee is the cheapest most effective form of energy. you dont have any strange flavor additives and know exactly whats in it. if youre a serious lifter you dont consider taste when trying to grow.

It's excellent. Only need one scoop. No jitters or weird feeling. No real difference to me. There is one called Rage that is by far the best I have ever used. Excellent workouts, no sides.
