I definetely agree Ofella! I havn't worked legs since 97' and just started hitn em hard 6 weeks ago. When I used to squat they really overpowered my upperbody, now they're actually lagging. I took your advice and have been hammering my tris to bring them up.

Seriously bro there's something special in your physique that makes you stand out... I wasn't surprised at all when you told us you were playing in that movie. Hopefully a lot more will come :)

As for your show, a little more size on your arms would make for an awesome front double bi pose, since your lats are WIDE.

And yes, try bringing these legs up. It never hurts to have huge legs ;)

Phidias- like I've said before, you are always so positive and I sincerely do appreciate the comments you give.
 
Looking good man. As far as advice, you look pretty wide and thick in the torso, delts look pretty good too, but those factors are making your arms look a little small so some more size is needed there. Calves are good so hit the hams and quads really hard as they are lagging quite a bit. I know it's tough cause you're tall but Phidias had it right when he said it never hurts to have huge legs. Especially with a big rib cage and wide clavicles.

On a side note, what movie was it that you were in?
 
Queef. Putting our previous differences aside...Do you hit the abs often? You're certainly not carrying much bodyfat, but your abs are not all that prominent. just wondering if you train them all that often to build them up?

Also, quads need work. However, also being over 6'0, I know that our quads actually are quite large, but don't look all that big in pictures because it takes a lot longer to develop that sweep when your not 4' from the ground!!!
 
Thanks Steele! I might do a show in September, but first I need to learn how to pose. It is hard to fill out a tall and lanky frame huh. 20 years of training and I'm still not where I want to be:( . You on the other hand have really been making some great strides. Keep it up and thanks again for the comments.

Tflex- Nah, I really don't concentrate much on my abs. I usually do the ab machine for a few sets a couple of months during the summer and that's it. As far as quads, I definetely need to bring them up, but like I said before they used to be really big so after 2 or 3 months they should match my upper body. And as far as our last disagreement goes... what disagreement? But seriously, I honest to god weighed 265-270(without shoes) in these pics.
 
I would really like to know what you've done to your calves. they look great!
