I always have PSA checks......my doc and I wanted to get a baseline years ago.
Mine is fine, but I have had the issue of getting up at night at various times.
A lot has to do with the quality of sleep in getting. When on gh......I sleep so deeply that I really have to go before I would wake up. Plus my wife complains I have a bladder of steel in that I can go on long trips and hold it....while everyone else needs to stop ever so often.
Biggest thing I've noticed to help is to get most of my water in earlier in the day. I slow my consumption down as the day goes by and drink very little in the evenings....just sips here and there.
But that curbs me having to get up at night more than anything.
