From what I've read, there are some claims that protein synthesis is increased by 50 times while on gear! So, it is clearly obvious that one would need to consume protein in large quantities all day to maximize growth. Does this mean that one should also wake every couple of hours to ingest more?
I can hardly believe that 30-50 grams of casein would do the trick..
