ok im not gonna say what do you prefer obviously milk taste better, but even while bulking i will not use it EVER. I am done with mil it tkaes me 3 secodns to down a water shake and much faster to prep... what about you guys, just curoius how it levels out around if most use milk or water of does it depend on the current goals.
