Phil isn't my trainer and has been nothing but a help to me with whatever question I have. I will be working with him soon

Phil is an understanding guy. He is just a man like the rest of us and he knows it. Meekness and Humility are not things I often see...a lost art form. Phil possesses both these characteristics. It is amazing to see anyone, anywhere give an apology on an open forum.

One thing i have noticed about phil in my time here, he might not always say what you want to hear, but he will always say the truth and most likely what you NEED to hear.

Personally i think this is a stand-up move on his part. I am impressed by phil even more.
