first off im currently 26 yrs old. have been working out seriously for 4 years. im 5'11'' and 170 lbs. 4 years ago i weighed 145 lbs. i started gear after two years of working out. i started using gear because in two years i put on 5 lbs. i have always had very little body fat ( under 8%). i would post pics but dont wanna incriminate my self in any way. if i knew how to photoshop i would. im trying to learn.
i eventually want to get to 220 lbs. i would definately compete if i could get to 200 or so, but i would have to be much thicker!
i started off taking dbol test and deca. still take those compounds only, but have gone up to 1500 mgs of test ,400 mgs deca per week and 50 mgs dbol per day 4 weeks on 4 weeks off. i blast and cruize with the test but never come off. the rest i come off for two or three months every three months. (ive already had my kids)
i eat anything and everything! lots of meat, fat, protein and more fat. my girlfriend is used to me eating so much, but everyone that i eat with cant believe that im not 500 lbs. i load up on carbs year round and eat every time i get a chance. i cant even get fat!!! ive tried!!!
for the past two years i have worked out with big a's protocol and obviously had good results!
my question is this. for a hard gainer such as me, would it be possible to get to 220 lbs? i think it could happen but how long ? 10 yrs?
those of you that have gained 100 lbs, how did you do it and how long did it take?
please share your stories or advice!
