I have recently had a couple of bouts of prepatellar bursitis in one of my knees. It normally follows an injection into my quads. Could it be that I irritated something? Pain gone away, but fluid still stays. Doc gave me an anti-inflammatory for it. It works but Im afraid of pushing it on leg days. I only train my legs one time a week. The other question I have is about chest routines. I have had a genetically small chest even though I am an ex-wrestler. No probs with shoulders or back though. I'm trying to build it to gain some proportionality--should I train my chest more than 2 times a week to get optimal growth or cut back to one day and isolate it into one big chest day? If anyone has comments or advice, they would be greatly appreciated.
