Hey guys.
Do you believe that there is a point where you just cant put on more muscle naturally?
I am 5'7 and 183 and have been for the past 2 years. I eat 8 meals a day and my training is heavy. I have some bodyfat on my stomach but minimal amounts on the rest of my body. I do have a hard time with my appetite but I still eat around 3000 calories a day at the least and 5000 when I am really focused.
your input will be so much appreciated.
