i usually take my humulin shot 16iu at same time as 1st meal-50g protein and 125g complex carbs..an 1.5 hr later wen humulin starts to peak i hit the gym w/ a shake consisting of 50g protein whey and 100g dextrose..i drink throughout the w/o...am i consuming too many carbs for the humulin to handle? will this protocol work?
