Tuesday night got only 5 hours of sleep. Yesterday hit legs and had a tattoo appointment that went till 8. Went home and ate meal 5 and passed out around 10 and didnt eat 6th meal. Ive been following this meal plan strict for months now. Today is an off training day so there are less carbs. So wondering if i should just stretch that over todays meals or just the protein, and maybe carbs tomorrow, or whats the protocol? Thank you
