Just received my first 2 cases of LBA's and want to start with it next Monday.
Now this is my current diet, plan is to get rid of some bf.;
Meal 1
100gr oatmeal
20 gr raisins
50 gr whey
1 kiwi
Meal 2
250gr chicken breast (9 oz)
75gr rice (basmati)
Meal 3
50gr whey
Meal 4
250gr chicken breast (9 oz?)
40gr rice (basmati)
1 kiwi
Meal 5 PWO
50 gr whey isolate
Meal 6
normal dinner
usually pasta/potatoes with meat/fish and veggies
Meal 7
5 eggs (whole)
totaal cals 3300
Totaal prot 390 gr
Totaal carbs 250 gr
Totaal fat 80 gr
10 fishoil caps a day (omega 3/6/9)
Now with the LBA's i can drop all my shakes. This would eliminate 150gr proteine out of my diet.
I then would substitute the proteinshakes with LBA, taking about 12 ts. of LBA a day in between meals(4 portions of 3 ts.). 12 ts. is equal to 60ml, or 2 fluid ounces i guess. 60 ml is about 80 gr of protein.
So by substituting the proteinshakes with LBA i loose about 70gr of protein which is 280 cals. Do i have to increase the amount of cals with my other meals in order to sustain the same amount of cals? Or doesnt that matter while taking LBA's? And is 80gr of protein gonna be enough?
I am 6'4" btw at about 125kg, 275lbs (high bf).
Or am i missing something?
