Ry, about 6 weeks ago you posted on your double split training that you were doing. Just wondering if you were still doing it, and if so how were your results? Thanks.
You know it worked great for a few weeks till it caught up w/ me and my body. Than I was tired ALL the time and couldn't recover. I went back to 1-2 bodyparts a day done once a week after that and blew up.LOL
