question on 90 day supply law

does anyone know where i can find the law that states that you are allowed to possess a 90 day supply of a drug?

I think that the only thing that you can legally posses is HGH at something like 3IUs a day. I could be wrong though

I'll try to find it, but I think it says import not posess. It also states that the drug has to be approved for use in the US by the FDA. Importing or posession of a controlled substance without a script is a no-no.
