Question w/ Syntherol INJECTIONS??

I inject it into both sides of the biceps (inner, outer) but it says use 1ml per day. Does that mean use 1ml for inner and 1ml for outer or does it mean 1/2ml for inner and 1/2ml for outer.?

1ml per muscle head...so 1ml in the inner and 1ml in the outer.
