As I said before I leave for brazil on the 23rd, Im about to do some sort of 2 week cut up. Im around 6'1 228lbs maybe 12% bodyfat. Im thinking 1 hour of cardio everyday, and lift 4 days a week, just get some more abs before I hit the beach of rio's, anyone got any ideas or tips, I have diets i have followed before but maybe some of you got a better idea.

Hmm

Mourning Cardio is my plan, just curios any diet tips.

I was thinking doing a CKD, or just all protein except carbs post workout.

I'd like to see you trim the carbs down, and certainly stick with a morning cardio routine prior to chowing. Pack in some protein, but as before, lose the carbs for a few days on and off. You should rip up in no time if your serious with your cardio. Have a blast in Rio bro, I hear it's outstanding.

emergency diet

Hey!

As a trainer, I get "Help! I need to lose 10 pounds fast!" all the time. A safe bet is the "white and green diet." Try to figure out your current daily caloric intake and then exchange your normal meals with the following food stuffs:
*egg whites
*tuna (albacore)
*chicken breast
*broccolli
*spinach
*asparagus


You'll be surprised how many inventive meals you can make with just those items. Remove the salt/sodium to get rid of the bloat and drink coffee, tea or other natural dieretics.

Of course, if possible try to bring the calories down a little without sacrificing muscle mass.

Taking a good thermo wouldn't hurt either.

You should end up pretty shredded.
