As I said before I leave for brazil on the 23rd, Im about to do some sort of 2 week cut up. Im around 6'1 228lbs maybe 12% bodyfat. Im thinking 1 hour of cardio everyday, and lift 4 days a week, just get some more abs before I hit the beach of rio's, anyone got any ideas or tips, I have diets i have followed before but maybe some of you got a better idea.
