ok so hypothetically speaking if someone( older guy with lots of cycles and years of lifting experience under his belt) were to have some test and eq and also some PH would you guys think it would be better to do them together or do the gear first then PH or PH then gear? size and strength being the objective here, reason I am asking is I have heard conflicting advice and just wondering if anyone here has done them together for synergy or not. hope this is not bending the rules and if so mods please delete. opinions?
